Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 P.M., on February 18, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:
Blue Earth Water Feature Renovation

The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work:
Mobilization 1 LS
Remove Limestone Block Stepping Stones 1 LS
Remove Decorative Boulders within Stream & Cap Plumbing 6 EA
Prep and Powder Coat the Trench Grates Along the West Side of Stream; Replace Damaged Sections 1 LS
Replace Decorative Concrete Border Lids 14 EA
Border Jets Equipment 14 EA
Water Feature Controller Replacement 1 LS
