Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) and certification of UH Manoa campus Fire
Sprinkler Systems (29 total), Fire pumps (3 total) and Post Indicator Valves (5 total)

Work shall be completed 3 weeks ARO.

**Site visit is required prior to submittal of bid.

Honolulu Fire Department Prevention Bureau file numbers MUST accompany each riser/all
inspections.

submitted with bid package by closing date.

2) Attachment 1A MUST be submitted with bid package by closing date.
