18 St. John Plant Science Lab

Special Instructions

Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) and certification of UH Manoa Dry Standpipe
Systems:

Work shall be completed 3 weeks ARO.

POC is Marvin Sagayaga or R. Mike Merrell to schedule a site visit.

Site visit is required prior to submittal of bid.

Honolulu Fire Department Prevention Bureau file numbers MUST accompany each riser/all
inspections.

Please note:

Attachment #1, ITEM #3 (work experience and references) of must be submitted in
bid package by closing date.
