Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Forestry Fire and State Lands and Wildlife
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: aerial application of aquatic Imazapyr.
Mandatory Site Visit: none.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: the primary contractor being the lowest bid and the secondary contractor being the second lowest bid. The primary contractor holds the first right of refusal. If the primary contractor is not available, the secondary contractor will be contacted..
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first year.
