Professional Auditing Services

The County of Tuolumne ("County") is soliciting the services of professional, qualified certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for fiscal years ending in June 30, 2023, 2024, and 2025, with optional extensions for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. These financial statements are to be audited in accordance with all applicable accounting standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations.

Tuolumne County is required to complete Single Audit Reviews conducted under the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) 2 CFR 200.501. Timely services provided under this RFP are critical to the continued authorization of funding received by the County under federal grant programs.
