Architectural Services for East Lake Community Library Expansion - Professional Consulting Services

The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Construction and Property Management Department, Construction Services Division, is seeking the services of a professional architectural consulting firm qualified to develop plans and specifications, prepare cost estimates, and perform all other professional architectural consulting services as may be requested during the construction of an approximately 8,000-square-foot addition to the existing building. Ground Floor Addition, approximately 3,650 square feet will be added to the east end of the building. Second Floor Addition, approximately 4,350 square feet will be added above the new ground floor addition and a portion of the existing structure (the original addition completed in 2017). This project involves an addition to the existing East Lake Community Library building located at 4125 East Lake Road, Palm Harbor, Florida 34685.

The purpose of this project is to expand the building’s functional space to accommodate growing operational needs, improve workflow efficiency, and support future programmatic and staffing requirements. The addition will provide enhanced facilities that align with current and projected user demands while maximizing the use of the existing site and infrastructure.
