Department of Public Works Site Project

Project Description: Sealed Bids for the construction of the HARVEYS LAKE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS SITE will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Harveys Lake Borough until 2:00 P.M. local time on December 2, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid containing the bid results.
The Project consists of: Site work for the department of publics works salt shed and new building, including grading, pavement, and stormwater facilities.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the online Bid Form.

A pre-bid conference will be not be held for this project.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the liability under the contract.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wages.
