Project Description: The City intends to enter into a contract with one or more Consultant(s) selected under this RFP to provide Right of Way Acquisitions for Storm Water Services Minor Projects. It is anticipated that the Consultant will be awarded a contract to provide the continuing consultant services on an as-needed basis as projects and opportunities are developed from time to time. Consultant will be responsible for promptly acquiring all property rights required for each project assignment. The acquisitions will include but are not necessarily limited to: Fee Whole parcels, Fee Partial parcels, Temporary Construction Easements, Storm Drainage Easements, Rights of Entry, Mailbox relocation/replacement, and various other Permanent Easements as needed for the City's Storm Water Services maintenance and repair projects and various other property acquisition related agreements. See Section 3 in the RFP for more details on the Scope of Work.
