Project Description: The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the demolition of the existing ATAD system, controls, and related process connections, and installation of a new anaerobic digester system. Additional work items include construction of new buildings, new dewatering equipment and conveyors, installation of sludge tanks, auxiliary equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The project is located in Cranberry Township, Butler County, PA.
This project will be awarded in four separate contracts are as follows: • Contract 2025-48 - General Construction • Contract 2025-49 - HVAC Construction • Contract 2025-50 - Plumbing Construction • Contract 2025-51 - Electrical Construction
