Request for Proposals- Drainage Improvements

The City of Mission is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for drainage improvements at 61st Terrace and Hodges Drive. Please see the proposal attached here or the bid document can also be obtained from Drexel Technologies Plan Room . Additionally, the plans for this project can be accessed using this link . All proposals must be made on the forms provided in this copy of the Contract Documents. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best, responsible Bidder as determined by the City.

Proposals must be received at City Hall by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on June 13, 2025. Proposals can be hand delivered or mailed to: City of Mission, Attn: City Clerk, 6090 Woodson Street, Mission, KS 66202. Each proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on: Wednesday, June 4, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. at City of Mission Public Works, 4775 Lamar Avenue.

Questions relating to this RFP and any requests for clarification, and/or additional information deemed necessary by any responding firm shall be submitted in writing via email and directed to Brent Morton . No proposals will be accepted after 2:00 pm on June 13, 2025. Bids received after the time and date specified above shall be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
