Scope of Work:
Each site will be awarded individually.
• Glenn Duncan Elementary School –
Demolition of the existing pavement,
sidewalk/curbs and replace as drawn and
specified.
• Elizabeth Lenz Elementary School –
Demolition of existing pavement and replace
and re-stripe as drawn and specified.
• Mount Rose K-8 – Demolition of existing
pavement and replace, improve drainage and
re-stripe as drawn and specified.
• Yvonne Shaw Middle School –
Reconstruction of pavement area, repair and
slurry seal area and re-stripe as drawn and
specified.
Sealed bids for the Pavement Reconstruction at Four (4) Washoe County School District Schools will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on May 7, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 p.m. (local time).

There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting held at 3:30 p.m. on April 21, 2025, at Mount Rose K-8 (Meet in Front of the Office) 915 Lander, Reno, NV 89509. Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
