Project Description: The Base Bid includes the conversion of an existing dry detention basin into an infiltration basin Best Management Practice (BMP). The work will address impairments to the Little Neshaminy Creek Watershed by reducing sediment pollutant loading. Construction will occur in Township easements and rights-of-way. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: site clearing, excavation, tree removal, outfall structure installation, rip rap apron installation, sediment forebay installation, grading, soil amendments, storm pipe replacements, concrete endwall replacement, asphalt pavement restoration, concrete sidewalk restoration, concrete curb restoration, landscaping, and erosion and sediment controls.
