Project Description: The Project involves renovations to the exterior masonry facade of Minsi Residence Hall at East Stroudsburg University. Scope includes but is not limited to providing all manpower, materials and equipment, man-lifts, scaffolding and necessary protections for the safe removal and replacement of displaced brick, joint repairs, deteriorated steel relief angles and associated supports as designated along the building exterior.
