CHANGING THE NAME OF A TOWNSHIP ROAD

UMRIT COURT TO LEE LAVATI COURT

IN MIAMI TOWNSHIP

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, having received a request from the Board of Miami Township Trustees to change the name of Umrit Court  (T-3139) to Lee Lavati Court  situated in Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and in Overton Military Survey No. 502, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point at the centerline intersection of Wolfpen-Pleasant Hill Road and Umrit Court; Thence, N.86°25’15”W. 278.23’ to the westerly end of Umrit Court.  Being all of Umrit Court as recorded in Wolfpen Commercial Subdivision, recorded in Plat Cabinet 12 page 41 of the Clermont County Recorder’s Office.

The total length pf the proposed road name change of the 50’ in width public right of way is 278.23’ or 0.053 miles.

will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Local Time in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103-2960 to consider if there is good cause and if it is in the best interest for said name change pursuant to and in compliance with Section 5541.04 of the Ohio Revised Code.
