Project Description: Improvement Component 1 (IC1) includes three major design elements. (1) Filtered Water Flume, Junction Box and Access Building, (2) Thickened Residuals Sludge Line and (3) Backwash Tanks. This work package represents the second of 3 design elements that includes installation of yard piping, support of existing utilities, tie-in coordination and replacement of concrete pavement as defined in the Contract Documents and Delineation Drawings.
