Description

The City of Spokane Solid Waste Disposal Waste to Energy Facility (WTEF), 2900 S. Geiger Blvd, Spokane, WA 99224-5400, is initiating this Invitation To Bid to solicit Bids from vendors who have a proven ability to provide Grapple Rebuild and Repair Services Offsite at Vendor’s Facility, As-Needed Over A Five-Year Period, for spec’d grapples.

Resulting Contract would be for a five-year (5) year period beginning December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2030.

Payment would only be made for actual services requested, performed and accepted during five year period.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on WENDNESDAY, JULY 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The location will be at the Waste to Energy Facility (COS WTEF) Admin Offices, 2900 S Geiger Blvd., Spokane WA. Bidder realizes if it does not attend the Mandatory Pre Bid it will be non-responsive, and therefore, cannot submit a bid.
