The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service has a requirement for the following supply/service:
Disposable Oxygen Sensors
The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (IHS) Hospital has a requirement for disposable oxygen sensors for the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital located in the Pine Ridge, South Dakota.
This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.
For details, please refer to attached document titled “RFQ No. RFQ-PR25-001” and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents.
Per FAR 15.201 - Exchanges with Industry, before receipt of proposals, please include “RFQ No. RFQ-PR25-001” in the subject line when requesting information regarding the solicitation via e-mail only to mary.sarenana@ihs.gov. Please submit questions no later than 3:00 pm MST on Monday, March 24th, 2025.
