Kiwanis Place is a combined living, 326-unit, 18-story building located at 10330 – 120 Street Edmonton. The facility was constructed in 1972 and is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. The existing 3 Phase – 4 wire Federal Pacific suite distribution panels located in the corridors on each Lodge floor are original to the building and need replacing. GEF Seniors Housing, working on behalf of ASHC, is soliciting for an Electrical Contractor for phase two of this panel replacement project.
Phase two of this panel replacement project will be limited to 24 panels located on floors 7 through 12 (120 Lodge units). The work is to be carried out by Journeyman Electricians, licensed to practice in the Province of Alberta.
Design the required electrical panel upgrade scope of work that is compliant with the relevant Canadian Electrical Codes, ULC requirements, Alberta Fire Codes, and Alberta Building Codes
