Project Description: The Borough of Ambler will receive sealed bids online for Wissahickon Fire Company 245 E Race Street Utilities Replacement, Parking Lot Repaving, Building Entry & Ramp Construction Contract 26-03. Sealed bids may be submitted and updated online via the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on September 16, 2026.
The work generally consists of the replacement and installation of windows at the Wissahickon Fire Company Station at 245 E Race Street, Ambler, PA 19002. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual and Drawings.

This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as
amended and prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor
and Industry.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the
bids.
The Borough of Ambler reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to
eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
