Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, disposal fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of two (2) Chiller units and install two (2) equivalent new units including all associated components, including chiller disconnects, all auto actuated valves, temperature sensors, chiller water pumps and their disconnect sub-panels, chiller pipe insulation, and related equipment to Caltrans.
