Project Description: The City of Victoria is exploring opportunities to modernize and upgrade the City Council Chambers.
Through this Request for Information (RFI), the City aims to gain a clearer understanding of current market availability for a potential future upgrade to Council Chambers via audio, video, conferencing tools, and upgrades that could support a revitalization of the Chambers. Information gathered through this RFI will help inform potential scope, functional requirements, system compatibility considerations, and implementation strategies for a future procurement process.
