Project Description: Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (LMG) is seeking a qualified consultant to advise on the financing of redevelopment projects in Downtown Louisville. The best qualified team will have expertise in a variety of public finance tools, including but not limited to tax increment financing, tax exempt bond financing, tax credits (historic, housing, and New Markets), and PACE (property assessed clean energy financing). LMG particularly seeks a consultant with experience helping projects apply for the TIFIA (Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act) Credit Program for transit-oriented development.
