Purpose
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to issue a purchase order to the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest priced bid for the purchase and delivery of one SAM4 Plus Auscultation Training Manikin by Cardionics, including all features and specifications listed below.
Background:
Snow College is launching a Respiratory Therapy Program and requires specialized equipment to support hands-on training. The SAM4 Plus manikin will provide students with realistic practice opportunities using advanced features such as Bluetooth connectivity, LED auscultation point indicators, and a comprehensive sound library.

* Bluetooth sound connectivity for external speakers or earbuds
* Palpable carotid pulse

Additional Requirements:
* Delivery must be FOB Destination to the specified location in Utah.
* All shipping and handling costs must be included in the quoted price.
Warranty and Service
Vendors must specify the warranty coverage included with the product. Vendors are encouraged to provide details on any extended warranty options or service plans available.
Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This IFB shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this IFB. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this IFB.
Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.
Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
