HIV Tests Kits are a critical component in the prevention and control of HIV within Ohio.  The HIV/STD Prevention and Control Program purchases HIV test kits to screen high-risk individuals; this activity ultimately protects the health, safety, and/or welfare of the citizens of Ohio.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000027351. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC0000027351/DOH56307 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC0000027351/DOH56307 - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
