The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Town of Darien, CT ("Town") is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified independent contractors for the permitting and dredging of two (2) ponds at Tilley Pond Park located at 40 West Ave., Darien, CT 06820 and one (1) pond at Cherry Lawn Park located at 120 Brookside Road, Darien, CT 06820.
