Leduc County
Negotiated Request for Proposal
East Vistas is located south of township road 510 immediately west of Beaumont. This area is a newly developing urban residential community that is anticipated to grow to over 20,000 residents. Leduc County is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the supply and installation of a composite/functionally linked play structure(s) designed to accommodate children from eighteen (18) months to five (5) years and from five (5) years to twelve (12) years of age within Diamond Park in East Vistas considering inclusive and accessibility. In addition, the County desires steel gazebo structures with concrete pads as part of this project in both the Diamond Park and Royal Oaks Wi-Fi Park in East Vistas.
The County, together with the community association will negotiate with the highest ranked proponent to finalize the design based upon the concept from the proponent and to maximize the full budget of $350,000 for this project.
