College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is seeking proposal responses for the following products or services:
The College Station Independent School District, (hereafter called the "District" “Owner” or "CSISD") will receive qualification statements from qualified Design-Build Firms for design and construction/installation of the following project: District-Wide HVAC Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Projects, including the scope detailed in Exhibit A. The Owner seeks to enter into a Design-Build Contract with a Design-Build Firm for Design-Build services to complete the Project scope, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2269, Subchapter G, and in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
RFQ # 26-007 Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services District-Wide HVAC Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Projects in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this Solicitation.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) are due on or before 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on March 31, 2026, without exception.
SOQs received after the specified time and date above will not be considered.
NOTE: This is not an order, it is a Request for Qualifications. College Station ISD does not guarantee any purchase quantities or dollar amounts.
