Description
The District of Fort St James (the “District”) invites bids from qualified and experienced
contractors for the supply and install of all materials, equipment, and labour required to
complete the Works associated with the Fort St. James Arena Upgrade.
The project includes the Fort St. James Arena Upgrade, summarized as follows:
• Renovation of existing arena foyer, including:
o Modernization of HVAC and electrical systems.
o Addition of new sprinkler system.
o Miscellaneous alterations to interior spaces.
o Replacement of one exterior window.
