Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Health Department intends to enter into negotiations for a five (5) year Sole Source agreement with Conduent Public Health Solutions Inc to continue providing enhancements as well as system maintenance and support to the existing Maven software. The Maven software is currently utilized by the Division of Disease Control and the Division of Mental Hygiene for disease surveillance and outbreak management. The
Maven software is a proprietary product whose source code is owned by Conduent Public Health Solutions Inc, and they are the only duly authorized vendor to provide maintenance and support to the Maven software platform.
