The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) is issuing this Request for Proposal to identify qualified freelance contractors capable of providing primarily high-quality motion graphics and video animation and secondarily graphic design, and visual storytelling services to support GLC¿s promotional, training, and communications efforts.
