Emergency Housing Operations and Supportive Services - (REISSUE OF 24-43)

Montgomery County is seeking a contractor or contractors to provide supportive services and operations at up to three potential sites that are being evaluated to provide short-term, non-congregant emergency shelter to single adults experiencing homelessness. These sites will support the goal of increasing access to short term housing with supports in the east, west, and central parts of the county. Each site will accommodate anywhere from 20 to 60 individuals with community space for overflow during emergencies such as Code Red and Code Blue. Housing will minimize barriers to entry while still ensuring a safe site for guests, staff and the surrounding community. Guests admitted to the 24/7 shelter will not be required to leave at any point during the day.
