Roof Replacement at Washington Park House

The Project consists of all work, including design build services, and equipment and materials required for the replacement of the existing roofing system for the Washington Park House located at 283 Sylvan Avenue in Waterbury, CT. The Washington Park House was built in 1920 and is 2 stories. The building’s roof area is approximately 5,452 square feet and consists of a built-up insulated flat roof. The City requires a new high-quality durable roof with a minimal R-30 value that will provide long-term trouble-free service for staff and users of the Washington Park House.
