The Project consists of all work, materials, and other related services and items required and necessary for the replacement of the existing roofing system for the Center located at 262 North Main Street in Waterbury. The Center was constructed in the early 1979. The Center’s roof area is approximately 13,000 square feet and consists of metal, shingle, built-up flat and EPDM membrane flat roofing. The City seeks to replace the Center’s existing roof with a high-quality durable roof with a minimal R-30 value to ensure a long-term reliable maintenance free roofing system for the Center.
