The Middletown Housing Authority, of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is publishing this Small Purchase Solicitation (SPS) to solicit proposals for turnover unit painting, for an initial period of three years. MHA is seeking one or more firms to provide on-call and scheduled painting services to include, but not be limited to; wall and ceiling preparation, priming and painting. A respondent must be licensed and/or registered to provide painting services in Connecticut. MHA may make multiple awards under this SPS.
