The Middletown Housing Authority, of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is publishing this Small Purchase Solicitation (SPS) to solicit proposals for security services, for an initial period of one year with a potential one year extension. MHA is seeking one or more firms to provide on-call and scheduled security services to include, but not be limited to; overnight desk and in building roving patrols, fire watches, and roving vehicular and foot patrols. A respondent must be licensed and/or registered to provide armed and/or unarmed security services in Connecticut. MHA may make multiple awards under this SPS.
