Janitorial Supplies for Luzerne County and the Agencies

Project Description: The Luzerne County Purchasing Department is soliciting bids from prospective proposers to furnish and deliver Janitorial Supplies for Luzerne County and the Agencies.
All prospective proposers must submit their proposals no later than Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST.
The contract period is for one (1) year with the contract start date of 01/01/2025.
All deliveries called for by Luzerne County will be done utilizing a Purchase Order (PO) ONLY as the need for the item arises.
Prospective proposers must sign and return Appendix A-2.
Prospective proposers must be able to furnish and deliver F.O.B. Point of Destination. A list of delivery addresses are listed below in Appendix A-3.
Questions concerning this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid.
The deadline for questions for this RFP is Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST
Due to the County’s limited storage space, no item or items will be delivered in bulk lots, unless requested by Luzerne County’s Director of Purchasing or their designated agent.
SAMPLES ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH ITEM AND MUST BE MARKED WITH THE ITEM NUMBER THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE ITEM LOCATED ON THE BID COST SHEET IN APPENDIX A-4.
