The New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) promotes the safety and well-being of the City’s children and families by
providing child welfare, juvenile justice, and primary prevention services that promote and support child and family well-being, as well as by administering childcare funding.
ACS’s Division of Child and Family Well-Being (CFWB) works to connect families and children to quality resources and opportunities they need to thrive and exercise self-determination, regardless of child welfare system involvement. CFWB focuses on leveraging resources, stakeholder relationships, and community and family strengths to drive toward greater equity and social justice and create conditions that foster well-being.
