The Economic Development Authority of Floyd County, Virginia (EDA) is seeking a Housing Development partner to build or place 12-15 single-family, detached, owner-occupied, quality homes on the parcel, targeted at households earning between 55% and 150% of the area median income (AMI), on donated land. This project will be conditioned on receipt of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to cover the balance of Main Construction costs which will extend utilities, build the road and prepare the site.The requested proposal is just for a Housing Developer and does NOT include the Main Construction.
