Dallas Parkway Phase 5 (South of Panther Creek to PGA) 19141

Project Description: Construct variable width frontage road pavement widening, bridge widening and pavement panel replacement for a 2.5 mile length along the northbound and southbound side of the Dallas North Tollway corridor from south of Panther Creek Parkway to PGA Parkway. Work includes but is not limited to grading, paving, drainage, bridge, pavement markings/signage, traffic signal, pavers, electrical and architectural lighting. All roadway, sidewalk and bridge work must be complete, and all lanes open to traffic for Milestone 1 within 300 calendar days and in final contract condition (Milestone 2) within 365 calendar days. Liquidated damages of $2,000/day will be assessed after 300 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet the Milestone 1 requirement and $2,000/day after 365 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet the Milestone 2 requirement.
