Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Time-and-Materials/Labor Hour (T&M/LH) service requirements contract to perform repair services to maintain and repair the four (4) explosion proof cameras in the demilitarization (DEMIL) area of Letterkenny
Munitions Center, which are used to monitor, and record the disposal of small arms ammunition, and six (6) FLIR CP-6302-31-I 2 Megapixel Outdoor Network IR PTZ Cameras, 30X Lens used to monitor and record the disposal of small arms ammunition
at Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) on Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and two (2) options years. The procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), the size standard is $35 million, and the service code is J063 –
Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR
Subpart 13. Solicitation number W911N225Q0039 will be released on or about 13 August 2025, with a closing date on or about 22 August 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the
release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.SAM.gov on or
