GL-2026-02 50 NYE ROAD PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS

The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line Bids for the demolition of the existing parking lot, portions of the existing storm drainage system and other associated items and the reconstruction of a new parking lot, storm drainage system including stormwater management facilities along with associated site work including installation of embankment walls, site lighting and other amenities as depicted on the contract drawings located at 50 Nye Road in Glastonbury. Bidders wishing to submit a bid proposal for this solicitation are directed to respond online through a secure e-Procurement portal. Responses can be submitted at the following link: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/, under the bid title “GL-2026-02- 50 Nye Road Parking Lot Improvements”. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No late bids will be accepted.
