Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: wildlife habitat improvement and wildland fire hazard reduction by mechanically removing/shredding standing live and dead pinyon and juniper trees, saplings, and brush with a wheeled or tracked mechanical mulcher/shredder/masticator on 260.4 acres of the Indian Spring and Augisi Ridges, Book Cliffs, and Spring Ridge by November 30th, 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: From time of award until November 30th, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
