Bathroom Partition Installations: Sawtooth Middle School, Eagle Middle School, Eagle High School

Project Description: WASD is seeking qualified General Contractors to perform bathroom partition installations at: Sawtooth Middle School, Eagle Middle School, and Eagle High School. The General Contractor will oversee the project as well as provide all labor and materials. Bids must be provided on a lump sum basis. This project will be divided into two scopes. Scope A will involve demolition and installation of new bathroom partitions and floor repair at Sawtooth Middle School and Eagle Middle School. Scope B will involve demolition and installation of new bathroom partitions and complete bathroom floor replacements at Eagle High School (the pre-bid conference at Eagle High School is MANDATORY). Each line item (scope) will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Both scopes will not be awarded to the same bidder due to the size and scope of this project.
