2025-046-RFP Emergency Ambulance Services (Multiyear Contract)

The County is soliciting proposals from qualified ambulance services/firms to provide 911 ambulance services to DeKalb County. It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions to describe the requirements for qualified firms to work with DeKalb County Fire Rescue to provide 911 Ambulance Services. The 911 Ambulance Services include Emergency Ambulance Service, 911 Response, ALS and BLS transport, and any other service that is designed to improve efficiencies in the 911 Ambulance Service system (such as a Nurse hotline). This contract does not include non-emergency inter-facility or critical care transport. The County also desires to enhance the functional integration between other Fire Departments, Law Enforcement, hospitals and healthcare organizations, as well as cities and communities within the County and the ambulance provider(s).
