Solicitation Description:

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC), serving as the fiscal agent for the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), is seeking qualified Contractor(s) to complete one or both tasks of a project. The project includes:

Task 1: Development of the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Financial Model Update

Task 2: Development of the Regional Active Transportation Plan (RATP)

These plans will serve as strategic guides for long-term transportation investments in the region, addressing projected population growth, economic development, and infrastructure needs through the year 2050.
