Project Description: The City of Sedona is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide third-party plan review services on an as-needed basis to supplement the in-house review capacity of the City of Sedona Community Development Department. This contract is intended to provide overflow support during periods of high permit volume, specialized reviews for complex or technical projects, and backup coverage for staff absences or vacancies.
