Project Description: This proposal is for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) of engineering consulting services to support NPU’s hydropower equipment and infrastructure. The successful firm will work with NPU and various contractors and vendors to assess, inspect, plan, design, and manage hydropower projects. Requested engineering support includes but is not limited to: • Inspection, assessment, and analysis of existing masonry and timber crib dams and associated canals, spillways, and gates in support of NPU’s Dam Safety Program • Development and/or review of preventative and corrective maintenance plans for dams, waterways, and fish lift/ladders. • Development and/or review of dam safety plans, emergency action plans, and inundation mapping • Development and/or review of dam, spillway, and fish lift/ladder engineering drawings • Hydropower generator mechanical and electrical engineering support • Hydropower generator equipment condition assessments • Development and/or review of hydropower generator equipment preventative and corrective maintenance plans
