CONSTRUCTION NOTICE OF INTENT Project No. ERBR-33(02) Jefferson Davis County, MS. The Board of Supervisors of Jefferson Davis County, MS are planning a Bridge Replacement Project on 0.131 miles of Sumrall Road over Bouie Creek in District Three. This project is funded by a special fund created by the Mississippi Legislature known as the Emergency Road and Bridge Repair Fund. Bids will be opened in public and read aloud on Thursday, June 26, 2025 , at 10:00 a.m., CST at the Jefferson Davis County Administrative Building, Prentiss, Mississippi. Plans and Specifications are on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jefferson Davis County, Prentiss, Mississippi and the Engineer of Record’s office. Plans and proposals are available via paper or digital copy. Plan Holders are required to log-in or register for an account to view or order bid documents at www.dunganengbids.com .
