SUBMISSION DUE DATE: SEALED PROPOSALS ARE DUE ON MONDAY, JULY 28, 2025, BY 3:00 PM and shall be submitted electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
The Housing Authority of the County of Chester (HACC), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with 24 CFR 85.36, for the procurement of supervised work crew to provide janitorial services at the direction of the Housing Authority of the County of Chester.
The Housing Authority of the County of Chester seeks written proposals from bidders to act as an independent contractor providing a cleaning crew to operate two days a week at our main office and three days a week at three of our Public Housing sites and occasionally clean the vacant apartment units. Bidders should be capable of providing transportation of the work crew to and from the Public Housing apartment complexes, provide basic safety equipment, uniforms, and tools to the provided work crew and provide applicable insurance coverages for the provided work crew and supervisor.
