DFCM Construction - Prequalified Mechanical Stage II - Department of Health and Human Services- Utah State Developmental Center- USDC Raintree Mechanical Upgrades - Project #25198410

Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Provide a comprehensive mechanical and plumbing upgrade to the USDC Raintree Building. Remove and replace all existing air handlers within the building. Provide a complete overhaul of all mechanical equipment including the air distribution system and specialties in each of the 4 mechanical rooms. The mechanical room located on the main floor will require a complete overhaul of all equipment, specialties and piping coupled with a full building controls upgrade to the Niagara N4. Connect to existing campus steam and chilled water piping. Provide new electrical accommodations to all new equipment. Provide a full system and building test and balance report. BCI Background Checks will be required for all on site workers and trades.
